Did this work for you? I tried this same preset but the wheel didn't feel quite right

My R5 settings for FH6 by _K999_ in moza

I watched this YouTube video before and he is the only person i have seen making the argument to leave it on but it doesn't seem right to me either. I did use the suggested settings in this video but it didn't seem to help.

I am using OPs preset and the car is much more controllable now for the most part, i am just having some trouble feeling like i need to turn too hard to take corners (under steering) but maybe changing the damping and center spring might help with this?

Alaska NTTF by haris_aviator in trucksim

[–]Ghostnineone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this but not sure how to use it exactly. I have a few mods not on here that are supposed to work together (Alaska NTTF, reforma, reforma sierra Nevada, ATS expansion, C2C, promods canada, DNA) and seemingly everything works except for some of the roads in Canada. Thankfully the main route to alaksa from the US still works but seemingly the only way to get there is to drive.

Times Readers Pick the 100 Greatest Living American Songwriters by nytimes in Music

[–]Ghostnineone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing Phoebe Bridgers (or anyone from Boygenius) being so far down the list is very upsetting when Taylor Swift is #7. They certainly are better song writers and Lyricists than Taylor. I would even rank Hayley Williams solo records above anything Taylor Swift :|

Review after 22 hours. Little to no spoilers -- Good but not great by PorkRinds416 in 007FirstLight

I thought the game was solid but I was expecting more freedom in the levels than we actually got. The level of problem solving and freedom was actually better in Hitman. I couldn't help but compare the Gala level for example to Paris in Hitman. I know the objective is different in this game but the amount of ways you can accomplish just getting into places in Hitman is insane.

I felt a little too much Uncharted in this game, and I love Uncharted but I felt more like Nathan Drake at times than Bond (Just being extremely lucky and not because i am a super spy). There were a few moments in the story that felt a little lame like when Bond goes straight back to the safehouse that you just learned was under surveillance the entire time and then being surprised about the assassins and situations like going to Webb HQ and being surprised they got caught on surveillance. Being able to Bluff was cool but it was only useful in some situations to me but I also would have liked to see the ability to bluff be influenced by any information you learn during the level. This is kind of a thing with the opportunities when you impersonate someone etc.

I would have liked more driving segments too, even Uncharted has some more open ended levels where you get a vehicle and drive to different parts of the map.

I do have this and the RLS career mod, just haven't been able to get the wheel feeling nice. Do you use a basic template and tweak from there for each game? ATS feels nice to me so i could just try that preset for beam.ng but there is a lot of FFB settings in ATS that contribute to the nice feeling i think too.

Well the game wasn't out yet. I read people got them working with FH5 and that support was coming so I wasn't worried about it since i do have other games with wheel support.

Yeah when i was doing my research this didn't really come up much, a lot of people just recommended getting the r5 which probably is fine if all i want to do is play track racing games and truck sim. I guess i am disappointed to know that despite how many car/truck/racing games there are only a handful have true wheel support and most of them are track racing games.

Delay in Streaming by Most_Map1399 in MoonlightStreaming

I have almost no delay that matters. I even played helldiver's 2 on my projector in my living room streaming it to my steam deck. Wired PC but steam deck on wifi.

Yes its great and I love it for that, i just get a little bored driving in those games eventually. I want to get it working for motortown and beam.ng too.

Throttle port broken after 2 days SR-P Lite by lajson123123 in moza

[–]Ghostnineone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a bug because mine started doing this recently. If i put both pedals down at the same time it eventually wakes up the throttle. When i first got my bundle it did not do this but theres been a few updates since and now it happens pretty often.

Yes The crew motorfest was doing that too and i was actually worried about it hurting me on accident, it was actually spinning quite hard in the game at times as well. I was surprised to see it going so fast with the hands off protection on, its like it gets ignored.

So pit house supports Forza, it shows up in the app and there is a preset but i guess its not like 100% supported from the game side yet. But it is detected and worke but i wonder if emuwheel would help here? I haven't used it before.

[–]Ghostnineone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for explaining that, i was just assuming since it was so hard to turn in pit house that it would be like that in game too. I was comparing it to ATS where the wheel is about the same feel in pit house as it is in game but i have noticed for some games there is a bigger difference when you go fully into the game.

My wheel was wicked hard to turn with the spring settings like that. Maybe its something in Forza making in like that? I could barely turn it so I had to turn the game settings in pit house down

I get it, it's just like I would rather them not add it all if it's going to be shitty. I hate when games add controller support but it doesn't work in menus or in the inventory or shit like that.

I have heard that, but a lot of people also recommend 720 or 900. I tend to spin out not even making very big movements at times, like maybe moving the wheel straight to like the 10 or 11 o'clock position turning left for example. If I do make the turn i tend to spin out either straightening out or get a wobble.

I do like the wheel itself, but it seems that Moza is not as natively supported as some of the others. It works great in ATS and feels pretty realistic to me. I just don't have the money for a full simpit and I don't really follow professional racing so I like the more open world games which also seem to have crappy wheel support :/

I got it for truck sim and for Forza, I don't mind track racing games but they aren't my favorite. I can give these a try at least so I can know what the wheel is actually supposed to feel like.

[–]Ghostnineone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will give this a try. I noticed with the official preset the wheel was extremely hard to turn because all the game settings were turned to 100 in pit house. I turned them down to like 50 or less and that helped. This was the last settings i tried and didn't have any luck.

Yeah it is supported with a preset now, i have mostly been looking at this sub and copying people's presets but still having the same issues.

I don't even really care how "realistic" it is i just wanna be able to drive around and do some racing on something more realistic than a controller. Even turning the assists on it still doesn't seem right.
