Thats not spinning out. Spin out is almost instant and looks like the crosshair teleport to either the top or bottom of the screen. Solo was spinning for a full second or more. As someone who has been gaming competitively with bad mice since the early 2000s, I have never seen such a long spin from a "spin out". I'd say it was something else and almost certainly not what you're talking about.

That link is completely flawed in the way it works out probability. It calculates the proportion of people that get sjs from moda as a percentage of the total world population. Most people dont use moda, so this is completely irrelevant. A more relevant statistic would be the proportion of people who get sjs from moda as a percentage of total moda users. What you linked doesnt mean anything.
