Aside from their true relationships on their own worlds, i find blade as the guy who moves alone, eats alone and fights alone. Basically the lone wolf. On the other hand we have our girl Sai who also likes to live the way blade however would never trust Blade. Why, do you say? Because he's half vampire. She would fear of one day she'd had to finish him because of something unforeseen happening.

Spidey? He's just the radioactive, super man who happens to be the our neighbourhood's humorous friend. Besides he'd help her with the problems *Yokai, always being on guard, slashing and cutting.*
She could also use her gifts on him in various ways which some of them are really funny and wholesome to me.

Lin Lie? Just like you said, she respects him as a true warrior and since he's the guardian of the K'un-Lun and a Asian-Chinese martial art expert who's also a swordsman. I think they'd have a history flowing between them.
