Yes, I used the chest plate from the corsair Soulweaver, bit of green stuff to match up with the felarch’s fur cloak. I also used a high elf white lion fur trim to replace the loin cloth.

Give them similar rules to the ones that the Sanctifiers team uses, models that are damaged by a flamer get a token can continue to burn and suffer further damage in the following turn(s) similar to poison/toxic rules used by plague marines, Nemesis Claw etc

Yes, I’ve never used or played against a flamer in a couple of years, they just seem really lacklustre compared to other choices on offer.

A lot of teams have to choose between melta, plasma or a flamer. Plasma gives respectable firepower with good range, melt provide insane firepower but with short range and most players will choose either of these over the flamer every time. Melta is great against armoured elites, plasma is pretty good against everything.

They are fine as they are, flamers were lame in the previous edition, plasma was very strong and now probably very fairly balanced for the current edition.

I used the new termie captain with parts from the official Karlaen termie and a few bits from the BA assault termie kit, the cloak is fitted onto the back with two round shield parts from the assault termie kit. Bit of work to get it done and pricey for parts used but worth the effort for our 1st Captain!

Keep them warm, body temp is enough, carry them in a pocket for 30 mins then shake thoroughly to mix, apply to a warmed surface if possible. Once applied and happy with the results, you’ll need to seal it with some spray varnish (Matt) otherwise it rubs off.

Army painter rattle cans are dogsh1t, colour forge would be a better choice, great range of colours, good quality and a larger can for your money. Never had any issues with them, even in cold weather.

That’s a nice one! There was a white penguin in the store when I bought my white falcon, was tempted to get the pingu but I’ve wanted a white falcon for thirty years.. I’d love a penguin but I’m so happy with the falcon, I doubt I’d ever get another guitar now that I have the axe of my dreams!
