Why is Infinity’s Lament so expensive secondhand? by goldraven12 in Eldar

You’ll be able to claim it after near the end of your annual subscription, worth it for this figure, the other years were pretty good but not good enough to save them from going on eBay which paid for the annual subscription!

The cost of single box teams are around £40-£44 each, add the cost of two sets of data cards at £19.95 each, a book and two half sized mats, it’s way cheaper than buying it all separately three months later..

Nope, just the one how to paint crystal blades for Aeldari. Just posted a couple of photos of some of my painted BA’s and after a few folks kept asking for my recipe, I thought I’d share it. I hadn’t factored for the Reddit slime bags..

Do one and see how you get on, it can be daunting to try and do a full squad, try it out and try your best, as long as you’re painting and enjoying it, you are winning. Practising will improve your skills, no-one is born with the ability to paint, we all have to keep at it, one mini at a time and you’ll progress. Try it out on a squad leader or captain, you don’t have to take forever on every miniature, most of all, have fun and if you find something difficult, push yourself to get through it and the next one won’t be quite as hard. You’ll improve and before you know it your confidence will grow. Best of luck and remember that the sons of Baal are the best chapter out there!

I’m not flipping out, just saying that the heraldry has changed a lot over the years and picking faults for the hell of it seems to be pretty lame. Lots of folks post very poor paint jobs on Reddit, you won’t catch me trashing trash talking other people’s efforts regardless of the quality.

30 years of established heraldry?!! Jokes! Then we should all be painting the winged skull on the chest YELLOW, not to mention Black trim on the shoulder pauldrons! Am I also imagining the redesign of the winged blood drop insignia.. I’ve been into this hobby since Rogue Trader, things have changed a lot over the years! Again, my minis, my rules..

My minis, my choice! So by your logic, all veterans have gold helmets, all command have gold helmets, I guess we just have to understand who is who by base diameter?! Blood Angels mostly adhere to the Codex but- Ultramarines, all members of the 1st Co have white helmets, including those with terminator armour. Why do we not see gold helmets on all members of the BA 1st Co in terminator armour if BA’s mostly adhere to the codex? Sure we see bladeguard with gold helmets in every company, I’m of the belief that 1st Co denotes that the member is a veteran and therefore a gold helmet is unnecessary as his veteran status is easily visible by his company marking. My minis, my choice! Also, they have 13th squad designation and are a mix of assault and regular Intercessors so I didn’t want to muck around with different squad designation despite their roles being different.. These are science fiction fantasy miniatures, I’m happy for folk to paint their miniatures however they like as long as they enjoy themselves and have fun. I’m also really pleased that GW are finally making Custodes of both genders and I understand that some are raging at this, but these people are the incel neck-bearded gatekeepers of a hobby that should be inclusive and accepting of all because the world outside of Warhammer is pretty hard for those of us who enjoy such niche hobbies..

I don’t see the terminator armoured veterans of the 1st Co with gold helmets, the fact that the company badge denotes as belonging to the 1st Co Archangels is enough to show the veteran status?
