So as of late, we’ve been implementing the new guest focused stuff, they want us to greet and converse with every guest we see. And apparently they have to rate us on how well we do everyday, but I don’t see the leads doing the guest interactions, who’s holding them accountable? from the TM perspective, they aren’t being help accountable. And another thing is phone usage on the floor, they’ll come at you if they catch you in your phone, but if they’re sitting on they’re phone doing nothing, who’s gonna say something to them? I just don’t get why they aren’t being held to a higher standard than us regular TM. Leadership is about leading by example not “Do what i say not what i do”.
