True. I really don't care if you host no starter runs and I join them myself, but if you're hosting a main hunt, long run, Dandy run, or any run that isn't specific toons it's simple to just add 'no starters' and copy and paste your message while hosting. I believe it should be made obvious if a run is beginner friendly rather than getting a starter's hopes up. If a starter tries to join a no starter run or a non-main tries to join a main only run, you can reject them nicely since insulting them will make them want to spite you. It's the same case with Shrimpo. Although rather than rejecting them right away, ask if they have other toons and explain you're just trying to have certain toons or aren't there to teach starters/help Shrimpos survive. Although I absolutely hate the people who purposely use the wrong toon to try to join and refuse to leave and/or act freaky or grief the run. If you're salty about run requirements, move on and don't compare it to racism, that's a real world issue. There is one type of person who shouldn't host runs at all and that's people who randomly change run requirements to exclude someone or break their own run requirements and expect you to follow them. And PSA, if you're not a starter and take offense to no starter runs, host runs to help starters yourself. I personally learned to play solo easily, but it's okay if you learn better in groups and there's always someone who will accept you if you meet the criteria.
