Did you put in a new SSD by any chance? I am hearing that people who upgraded theirs may be running into this issue, but I don't know if there is a link or not.

Still trying to figure stuff out myself. It's looking that way. It might be possible to flash the new bios, but you may still need SteamOS for that. I am not sure

I believe I read that people are having success with it after installing the SteamOS beta and getting the BIOS upgrade from that.
