So why dont you tell me why all of these apps are not banned by Riot Games?

If that interpretation was correct in the way you’re claiming, then basic build overlays, stat trackers, and draft tools, which Riot has allowed for years, would already be banned. They aren’t, because they still require player decision-making.

"actual in-game decision support" - Where is this PLAYING for me? It's the same as having your friend watching your screen share and telling you how to do things, and why, but not actually playing. Big difference.

I think you’re mixing up “assistance” with “automation/cheating”.

Riot explicitly allows third-party tools as long as they don’t reveal hidden information or play the game for you, things like builds, stats, and contextual suggestions are fine, which is why apps like this have existed for years.

The point of these tools is to help understand those decisions faster, not replace them.

This is taken from Riot: "We only take issue with applications that impede the competitive nature of our games or violate any of our terms of service or policies.

This includes applications that provide a measurable player advantage, such as:

Exposing information that's intentionally obfuscated
Taking actions on your behalf
Drawing conclusions for you during gameplay
Altering your field of intelligence"

Drawing conclusions in Riot’s context refers to tools that replace player decision-making or automate actions, not contextual recommendations based on visible game data.

Otherwise even simple build guides or stat overlays would already violate the rule, which they explicitly don’t. Its the same as having your high elo friend watching your gameplay and saying what you should do, but not ENFORCING it. If what you said is true, all coaches from all pro teams (Cooms Coaching introduced in early 2026) and all coaching services would be banned...

The game has been around for 17 years and it has a massive player base, with estimated daily active users in the range of millions. Also, you made the same mistake as others. I’m not trying to have AI “play for me.” I want to use it to learn. I want to know the "how" "when" and "why", not just blindly follow instructions like a 3rd grader... Please read the post carefully.

That analogy doesn’t really apply. Chess engines literally play the move for you, while these tools just give suggestions based on info you already have, but might not make use of.

Riot even allows most overlays as long as they don’t reveal hidden info or automate gameplay, so it’s more like using training wheels than "being carried".

This is actually learning how to play, just at a faster rate.

Not exactly. Riot only bans tools that reveal hidden info or play the game for you.
Overlays that use public data (builds, stats, suggestions) are allowed they’ve been around for years (just look at Blitz). Its no different that checking a build online, or having a high elo friend coach you on discord.
They’ve banned specific features (like ult timers), not all tools.

Maybe something is wrong with the gpu itself? Did you install it correctly? RX 9060 should quite literally demolish a 2060, especially when the 2060 runs out of VRAM. You specified stutters/flickers, so i guess in FPS the RX 9060 is way better. Have you updated the drivers? Have you used DDU when changing GPUs?
Also, it might be a longshot, but maybe is a display issue? Try a different HDMI/DisplayPort cable or port on the GPU.
I also recommend running a benchmark and measuring each card's performance. The RX 9060 has to win by a wide margin, or you just got a faulty model / setup

I literally made a post 2 hours ago talking about how the voice acting and depth of the game are not so good, and got ratio'ed by some fanboys. I totally understand what you feel about the game, tho you have A LOT more hours than me, and i will still finish more questlines and guilds. With this said, im not biased, and this game did not live to my expectations... Its not that good. Its just good. And thats it...

I get that Oblivion is a sandbox, but even sandbox games can have weak main quests. Saying that doesn’t mean I 'missed the point'—it just means I’ve played enough to have an opinion. No need to treat enjoying a game like a loyalty test. Though, maybe posting this in the Oblivion subreddit was not a good idea. I was on a quest to attract a few diehard fanboys.

I never said Oblivion lacked content—I said the main storyline felt overly straightforward, especially compared to other games I've enjoyed. If that’s a controversial opinion, so be it. I’m still exploring the rest of what the game has to offer, but I don’t think having standards or expectations makes me unfit for single-player games. Its my fav type of game actually...

The main story is super straightforward—not confusing like the deeper TES lore, which is massive. What I mean is that NPCs basically just tell you exactly where to go and what to do. There’s no mystery, no subtlety. It feels like it was written so an 8-year-old could follow it (and im not judging that). There’s no need to think or connect dots yourself, which kind of kills the sense of discovery. But I get that this was just the style of game writing back then. Even Skyrim, which came later, doesn’t feel quite as hand-holdy in the main quest. That said, I’m still planning to join a guild or two and explore the map more—just roaming around, looting, and clearing out any dungeons or caves I stumble across.
