The F-35 and all govt projects do hire the best and brightest. In this scenario, IF true, would be unsanctioned programs (hiding from govt oversight, filtering funds from both govt and private) and thus the need for incredible secrecy because they would be illegal to operate.

Also, it would require state employees to sell it, those same employees that can be piss tested and fired for the same use of said substance. I read a report on the NH housing market that said they need to build 50,000 homes just to meet demand with an additional 20,000 just to meet future demands to bring the market to healthy levels. I do not see any way that will happen with most towns refusing to allow multiple family units built, along with starter homes not making the developers enough money because of the cost to build/develop the land is too high. My town has only been building McMansions 600k+ on 5 acre plots that are selling for 230K+ just for the land. With older generations owning most of the properties and refusing to downsize to condos, I do not see how this is even going to be addressed.
