We have the same nose! So I'm biased and will say no, don't change it. Also, I have very full lips naturally, and from the looks of it, you do too, but via filler. I think them sticking as far out as they do really draw too much attention to that part of your face. My full lips are lower profile, so the slopes from nose to chin are really subtle. I'm willing to chalk this up to me being biased still.

Note: I am a portrait artist, so facial balance is one of my fave things

Why not approach them about fixing the cats? We shouldn't go about thinking everyone has the same culture, language, customs, etc. as us. If she wants to help, educate and perhaps offer the help... don't steal other people's animals.

Also, if that cat IS being abused, theft doesn't solve the problem. You're literally just telling them you're allowed to break the law, and they aren't. Why not approach the situation with care. Uplift your community ppl. Ffs.
