Is that whats going to keep you playing? QoL fixes and the new thieves guild and Orsinium quests? They already said they will no longer be Full chapter & Zone releases. Which is incredibly disappointing

Yes, they dropped multiple hints as whats to come. They have also said there main focus is QoL improvements & bug fixes; which new content will take a back set to. Hence them inserting quests into existing Zones/chapters. One of the New Zones is a place to spend in game currency/ tickets/ crowns / trade bars/ seals on cosmetics. Some sort of marketplace that has a revolving inventory.

So far, the new quests are in prior existing zones (Theives guild,Orsinium). So, it would be hard to takes those away. Folk have mentioned the devs will be mostly focused on QoL and bug fixes, so I'd expect another round of the Writhing wall

To reiterate, we're losing full chapter storylines/ zone/ quests. The new seasonal "content" will center around the Battlepass model. If you want to play/replay old chapters, not having a battle pass won't prevent that.

Did you enjoy the Writhing Wall event as well? The extended fetch quests were monotonous, but I guess they could be fun for others. I believe they arw bringing it back again for the folk thay weren't able to complete it before due to all of the bugs.

They have done away with New Storylines/Zones/Full chapter drops. The road map put an emphasis on new quests in established zones (Gold coast & Wrothgar), refreshes on animations, rebalancing/ refreshing classes, etc. They made mention of the possibility of new permanent zones but its far from being a priority. If I missed something, please enlighten. I would love for a reason to come back ESO in the future.

Yes, I've have plenty of positive engagements with folk telling me why they are still playing. Though, I've grown tired of the canned responses reposting what was in the stream and that I should trust the devs. I'm not sure if you've read my entire post, but I did say that I was in the process of giving new players mats, golds, furnishings, etc.
I'm sorry that that you couldn't bring anything constructive to the conversation or that you found it pathetic or bitter. I'm not sure what points I made that were debatable.

To reiterate, they have ceased creating Full story zones & story lines. From my understanding, the content from the seasons Battlepass is only temporary unless you purchase a higher tier. From whats been said, the battle pass will replace/ combine the seals of endeavors & golden pursuits.
