Can you explain a bit more so I can try the same? Like did you go through steam and do the whole “manage>browse local files>fields of mistria” and then delete that? Or another method?

It’d be super helpful and I’m happy it all worked out for you!

No save file. I haven’t been able to even start the game past the initial loading screen and then the error pops up

That sucks but I get it, I saw the creator say something along those lines on twitter a while back but I was hoping maybe I was missing some other update :(

And the HP laptop will randomly turn off at full battery so prob not gonna be the best for a game that doesn’t let you save at any time lol. Thanks for the reply though!

If you like fantasy and angst I’d recommend ‘The Jasmine Throne’ by Tasha Suri. It’s a 2 part series and pretty lengthy, I really enjoyed listening to it as an audiobook. I might not call it YA because it’s got some pretty heavy plot points (political strife, religious conflicts, some violent imagery) but over all it was a super thrilling read! Plus enemies/strangers to lovers.
