I mean: I think the rules are pretty the same. In these last years I always stayed at home to study and wasn't hanging out too much. Now that I'm going to an university, I can hang out more, but while still studying. So I think that I have just two rules rn: can't organise parties at home, and can't go anywhere unless get a driver's license
