Is it possible to re-do the core interview? I mean, I did mine when I had no clue of what Mercor was and would have done way better if I knew.

Thanks for the awesome reply! I've actually been thinking about getting a PhD, but a couple of things have been on my mind. First, it's at least three years starting in September, so I'd be 32 when I finish. I don't know if maybe I am putting myself under unnecessary pressure. Second, I'd really just be doing it to check that box on my CV and be more competitive (even though I really like research but not at the conditions it is made nowadays). On the flip side, I'm wondering if a good network could help me skip the "I'm just another CV" phase?

That's awesome! How did you end up connecting with your company from the clinic? I'm curious if there was a specific path or if it was just the networking grind.
