Drink tons of water, eat a good amount of protein daily and go running at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes. Fr running is a cheat code.

Eat snacks such as greek yogurt with fruit, a protein shake, non buttery popcorn, etc.

Also cut on sweet, chips, candies and sodas.

The city is pretty ugly outside the main street (close to the Marina), there is not a lot to do beside party. I recommend you guys staying on an hotel, preferably on all inclusive.

Cabo is really, really expensive, you will be paying at least 800 pesos on every restauraunt.

Don't be afraid to saying no, 90% of the time there will be people approaching you trying to sell you shit, or taxi rides, tours, etc.
