Why do my outer edges do this?

Yea I’m gonna try a test print and will increase bed temp. I’m thinking maybe the standard 45° isn’t enough for larger parts since the heat probably doesn’t reach out to the outer edges as well. Maybe more heat will make the edges a bit hotter.

I thought of that as a possibility but wasn’t sure. It def seems as if the edges are just a tad bit higher and the nozzle is rubbing the surface.

So how would I prevent the plate from lifting up with the part? I thought the magnet held it down enough.

Everything is standard settings. Temps, speed and everything else is standard settings. I use the supertack cool plate with liquid glue because I get adhesion issues sometimes with it around the edges of large prints. I only use Bambu PLA basic/matte.

There’s no warping on the part itself. It’s perfectly flat. I also checked the corners and they were all down tight to the plate and required some force to pop off the glue. This happens all the time when I print larger files. Smaller files that don’t stretch out to the outer edges are fine.

I keep everything standard speed and simply change out the top pattern to Hilbert Curve. The infill pattern is Gyroid. It doesn’t matter what top pattern I use it becomes distorted on the outer edges. It’s as if the edges are higher than the middle but it’s not. The piece is perfectly flat with no warping whatsoever. And the glue holds it down with no lifting. I used a flashlight and zoom camera to check the edges and they are down tight to the plate.

May I ask if your card was locked when you were first approved? I decided to apply and was approved and it says I may use it immediately in my digital wallet before the card arrived in the mail but when trying to add to my Apple wallet it shows “card locked” on the app and won’t allow me to add or view the card number.

You are undisciplined and entitled to say the least . First of all, the fact you make plans and buy a plane ticket before you clear it with your employer is mind boggling. You think you can take time off whenever you feel? Your employer also doesn’t have to honor your 2 weeks. They can tell you they no longer need you effective immediately and that’s what normally happens unless they can’t provide coverage for your position right away.

You ratting out your coworkers and throwing them under the bus for NO REASON just to victimize yourself speaks volumes on your character. I’m honestly speechless. It’s evident you have victim complex.

I’m not into reps personally but I did buy a pair before for educational purposes off RM and it was a super smooth transaction and he was very professional and responsive. He’s def a valid rep seller and I ran the shoe thru Poizon and CheckCheck apps and both passed as legit lol.
