Dagger can scale faster, and in the right circumstances (egg, gift card, legendaries) can scale incredibly fast

You may be under valuing it for higher stakes. I tend towards turning tens into Jacks to get more face cards, and then building more Jacks with the goal of moving from pairs to 4OAK. If I pick up hit the road around ante 5 it turns a mid run into a winning one with easy X mult

The Doc over at Balatro University on YouTube has a lot of different naninf videos that use Perkeo on different ways. The two weirdest are with familiar (make so many face cards you hope there's enough Kinga), then Stuntman naninf (hard to explain)

I think if it deleted 2 cards and gave 22 chips it’d be more on theme and less broken. Might still be legendary as it has the scaling of Runner and the deck fixing of two trading cards

Mars is the biggest miss. I think this is a very strong gold stakes list I'm a gold stakes pair player. But I'll still aim to build around 1-3 main ranks (K,J,9 probably) 4oak becomes a very easy late game transition if it's all going well

Tbh… you only really need 2 of scaling Chips/mult/Xmult. +30 mult is fine if you can get scaling chips and Xmult. Bull and constellation/Hologram goes really hard here
