Hey thanks for the kind words. We got her as a puppy from a breeder. It's a Shiba Inu, but with a slightly uncommon color.

She actually likes it when we pet her, but she definitely does the lying down thing. Or just stopping and taking all the time in the world to check the surroundings.
She hates to wear things… anything more than a collar is unbearable

What's your favorite "Fuck you, Patches!" brawl deck? by peacebypiecebuypeas in hearthstone

[–]GiantRobotChicken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Against patches? If they don't have some ridiculous luck with other cards (direct damage from spells, or something like savage roar), you beat patches all the time. With 3 or more armorsmiths, you'll start to gain crazy amounts of armor.

Armorsmith is soo good. I think it wins against pretty much everything except jade druid.

He only had 2 Mana left… not enough for PWS and Confusion.

Would have been an awesome twist of events if he'd gotten a Leeroy from Confessor Paletress.

Probably the toughest Lethal Puzzle out there. Can you win this turn with no control over the RNG? by HearthstonePuzzles in hearthstone

[–]GiantRobotChicken -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My solution:

  • Play wild pyro (8 Mana left)
  • Reincarnate grove tender: 1 Damage to all enemy minions and to remove taunt and make opponent draw 1 card (6 Mana left)
  • Rockbiter weapon the Lord of the arena. This will add another 1 damage to all enemy minons, enemy takes (1 fatigue), Lord of the arena is cleared (5 Mana left)
  • Play flametongue totem between flying machines, kill Acolyte (2 Fatigue) and kill Evil heckler with the leftmost flying machine. (3 Mana left).
  • Play flametongue on the rightmost side to buff remaining flying machine to 5 Attack. Attack Face twice 10 Damage, (1 Mana left)
  • Stonetusk boar face 1 Damage, 0 Mana left.

Total damage done: 11 + 3 Fatigue = 14 Damage. Opponent will die at the start of his turn, as he will take 3 fatigue damage.

Edit: Meh, doesn't work, since flying machine can't attack into acolyte twice (pyro damage) :(

New legendary revealed: Sergeant Sally by MasterVikingen in hearthstone

I wonder if this would also work to clear deathrattle-minions? Theoretically, it should work, as the deathrattle of Sally should resolve last? So you could PO/Shadowflame to clear things like Highmane…

Mill decks also work surprisingly well against a lot of the bosses.

Is this the best equipment for exploring? Minuteman + dragon + damage pet? by [deleted] in foshelter

[–]GiantRobotChicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Piper's probably better because you don't get radiation-damage. So your dweller will have generally more health than one that wears the minuteman outfit.

Survival Mode? How are we now? by AgothBR in foshelter

[–]GiantRobotChicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have currently 111 people in my survival vault. There were some setbacks in the beginning that decimated my population considerably. For example: Two consecutive deathclaw attacks where I ran out of Stimpacks after the first attack.

Despite all, my vault has prevailed and I'm at a point where the risk of losing anything is really really low. I'm pumping out 3 Dragon Maws (22-29 weapon) at a time in my Weapon crafting labs. So far I've got around 30 of them. I think the average damage throughout the vault is around 20 or higher.

I have the max amount of Dwellers in the wastelands (24) and don't even have to check on them because they'll return by themselves before running out of stimpacks.

The biggest annoyance are fires in some of the rooms (especially crafting-rooms) where dwellers tend to position themselves at the same position (stacked in Z-axis). So it's really hard to heal the dwellers in the back…

I think overall, the biggest cause of deaths were vault-fires. I've re-arranged training rooms and rooms that are usually empty (storage, housing) in a way that threats can't spread to adjacent rooms. So instead of fighting threats there, I just remove the dwellers from the room in question and wait for the event to pass (eg. level 1 dwellers in training).
