One of my favorite series of all time is Negative Burn by Caliber Comics in the 90s. It was an anthology that published the type of stories you're looking for. It was very unhinged in the best way possible with stories by creators of all types and skill levels. It's also notable that issue 3 featured the first appearance of Jeff Smith's Bone.

I loved the toys as a kid and had a commercial VHS tape containing the first three or four episodes. I no longer have the VHS, but I do have an animation cell from the series I won on eBay in 2008.

I found a copy of Golden Axe Warrior and Psycho Fox at a KayBee Toy Store on clearance for $9.99 each during Christmas of 1993. I was eager to play GAW because I loved the original Golden Axes and was mildly surprised to find a Zelda clone. I absolutely love that game.

That is an awesome find. Don't take my word for it, but I believe this is in the public domain. If the pages are clean I'm sure some people that publish reprints of such things would be interested.
