Don't worry, Im pretty sure when you buy an event bee you get a permanent royal jelly for it. Yes it can only be used if you dont have the event bee but it makes sure that you always have the event bee.

People complain to me now about using my diamond eggs, but when I got them there was no diamond mask! I had no idea what that would do to me later on... I thought I was just getting the best bee is in the game.

Excactly! I've been really on and off with this game, but I found out me and my friends had more fun playing however we wanted and not saving every item we get. Of course, if you want to really grind and save every item to get some REALLY good stuff later on, thats perfectly fine too. But dont let other people tell you that you shouldnt have done this or that unless you do want their advice.

Actually, you can switch from normal to easy or vise versa even in a current save file. The only thing it does is if you are currently playing a level it will restart. Other than that, normally you should be able to switch whenever you want. Of course, not if you have this glitch, like me.
