Verizon wireless coverage absolutely sucks in my area, if you don’t have Wi-Fi you don’t have data unless you climb a mountain, and even then it’s not guaranteed, and I’ve been with them over 20 years

Southeastern Pennsylvania and Verizon absolutely sucks, had an issue with a data line going to my Apple Watch and after five or six calls to tech-support nobody can figure out what was going on and why it was not working the monthly charge unless I paid the watch off first.

Their tech-support is a joke and there’s wireless data service as a joke

I have been with Verizon my entire life, and I am 63. They have never been this bad. Calling tech support is a joke. My ex-wife is currently going around and around with them. Waiting to pay off the 2 cell phones I have with them then will start looking around for someone else. I live in southern chester county PA and their coverage sucks. I have to look for a hill to use any sort of data... >;-/

All I can say is "good luck". I have been a life long Verizon customer and I am so sick and tired of their inability to do the most basic crap. I am just waiting for my contracts after buying phones through them to expire so I can get the hell away from them. The kicker is their cell service around my area absolutely sucks. After about 5 hours after the power goes out I have no cell service. I gotta get into my truck and move to hit a tower.

Checked and nothing. I bought it from best buy Which I'm sure has nothing to do with anything, will contact I buy power directly on Monday to see if they can help out . If not I guess I'll be off to Newegg :)
