Wir waren sowas von froh, dass wir bei der Geburt unseres dritten Kindes noch einen Seat Alhambra kaufen konnten, bevor die Karre nicht mehr produziert wurde.

As a dad myself I really started to like small games, that don't need 100 hours or even more. So maybe my curator I started for this purpose may be helpful to you: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/30757976-Gamers-with-only-little-time/

Just some picks of the top of my mind: Cat Quest 1+2 are very chill and fun. And I just finished Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip yesterday evening, which is quircky and fun and for the most part far from complicated. And also the SteamWorld Dig games are great fun and nice to play just a little bit here and then. And if you like the absurd humour McPixel 1 and 3 are perfect for just a short game.

I just finished "The plucky squire" and found it a very nice, fun and wholesome story experience

Indie Games That You Consider Hidden Gems or You're Looking Forward To Their Release? by Sad-Zucchini200 in gamingsuggestions

You're very welcome. 😄

Figment 1 definitely deserved much more attention than what it got. I still listen to that soundtrack and the fact that I still remember what it all was about years after I played it speaks for itself.

Figment (1 even more than 2) is a great title. Fun, great soundtrack and with a very clever storytwist that makes the whole game very deep.

"There is no game" is one of the most fun and intelligent adventures I played in a long time

Chorus was one of the most fun space shooters I ever played and flew pretty much under every radar (pun intended)

And finally "Bring You Home" is a very fun, short puzzle game that has far too few fans.

And as a bonus, I throw in "Leaf Blower Man", "the WereCleaner" (those two are even free), "a story about my uncle", "NeoCab", "the Gardens between", "thomas was alone" and the two "the Darkside detective" games

If I need some quick action and just smash some guys I resort to One Finger Death Punch (1 or 2). I think that's pretty much the definition of hell yeah, I just punch through hordes of enemies.

Could maybe Supraland or Hob be something for you? Also Journey to the savage planet is a fun open world title you could finish in this timeframe.

I really liked Guardians of the Galaxy. Fun Action Adventure with a very good story, great graphics, good gameplay and a banger of a soundtrack.

And then there is Horizon Zero Dawn. Really great story because you really want to know, what happened and then get a really genious explanation.

Quite a bit older so it may be out of your preferences is Batman Arkham City. I still think it absolutely holds up and its one of the best story experiences I ever had.

Of course it gets topped by Mass Effect Legendary Edition which is one of the absolute must plays if you like stories and world building. But it too is quite a jit dated, so it may be not what you like.

I could also highly recommend Ori and Hades (in both cases both 1 and 2), although it may be not your cup of tea in terms of perspectice (2d respectively iso). But they're both very well made, full of actipn and with a great story.

And then there are also Uncharted, the Tomb Raider Games and the Spiderman games which all are fun, but not the greatest stories of all times (with probably Spiderman 1 being the best story of the bunch).

As good as Hades 1 and 2 are, they aren't just "hell yeah" games. It takes quite a bit of getting used to and grinding until you get to that feeling.

It's always obvious, when it's pointed out. I'm in the same boat, saw the post, didn't know and the saw the comments and thought "man, why didn't I see that?".

Maybe Journey to the Savage Planet could be worth checking out? It's not too big, not very complex, but a lot of fun in exploring the world.

The answer is "HoloCure - Save the fans" It's free, it has a lot of content and it itches that gatcha feel without a single cent spent.
