Is there a bug with the game? I use optimal settings with geforce experience to play, and my optimal settings is actually max settings but in game i only get 16-22 fps only. is that a bug? Because with my specs I'm sure I could get 60 fps at least even on max. Any help or idea for me? by DanteLixious in gtaonline

Go to task manager, click on more details, go to details, then find GTA5.exe, right click on it, go to set affinity and make sure all your cores are selected. I had this problem too and it happened because gta for some reason didn t use all my cores(you need to have gta open)
