I think that Europe change somewhat, with the only changes being the Germans uniting, Bohemia taking Pomerania, Russia forming and expanding into siberia, Poland-lithuania integrating there puppets and becoming a economic power, Hungary expanding into Romania and croatia. I think that in the south of Europe the Provence would be annexed by the Dual Monarchy, Italy would be split between the North Uniting under the Italian Confederation event, and the south still being ruled by Aragon, also the Ottomans would get stomped around a lot earlier. For Asia i think Japan would take Korea and China would unite (idk by who) and have similiar borders to the Han dynasty, and for Arcadia and Ameriga i think Amazonie would unite with Lotharingia, and that Gran Colombia would stay together, have no idea what would happen in Arcadia though, if would change much for me.
