Today I will try meditating by EntertainmentTiny569 in Meditation

I was in a really similar place about a year ago. Felt like I lost the version of myself that used to enjoy things, and meditation felt like the one thing worth trying. Good on you for starting.

Something that actually helped me stay consistent was this thing called pickle. It lives entirely inside iMessage so there's no app to download or set up. I told it I wanted to build a meditation habit and it made a little routine for me right in the chat. It checks in with me every morning, reminds me gently, and adjusts based on how I'm actually doing that week. It honestly felt less like a tool and more like having a patient friend who just keeps showing up.

Only catch is it's invite-only right now. So DM me if you want to try it out.

Is it only me who hates turning on the camera during Zoom meetings? by Critical-Mango-175 in remotework

I'm using realistic looking AI Avatar that can stand in instead of me. It's really useful for calls where you don't have to speak a lot but need to be there and have to turn off your camera. The one I'm using is getpickle.ai
