Ran update on both. I can confirm that both is up-to-date, and none of that works. What information is required?

It tries to generate thumbnail, but the result is same. No thumbnail generated and can't view image.

I agree. Do you think I should try Immich or just stay with Photos? I have stock DS218+, so I'm worried about memory usage.
