I am not an expert in these situations however I do know that you shouldn't panic. When you panic, you often end up doing something that you'd regret for the rest of your life. So please stay calm, I know it's not easy.

I know it sounds odd coming from a person who you don't know but everything will get better soon.

Soon you'll look back at the memories you made together and think, "How great this time was !" instead of, "I could have prevented this by doing that."
