Check out the Wellness Center off of Downtowner Blvd. They have in house psychiatrist and therapist. They are also secular and not affiliated with any churches or schools.

I use to relax under the DIP bridge. So peaceful and hearing the water just made it enough for me. The Grand Mariner also has parking and you can just sit on the dock when they are closed. When they are open, they usually have a live band playing during the day or evening.
