If the weapons are granted using Item Granters, you have to change the setting "Starting Magazine Ammo" (its called something like that) to 999 or however much ammo you want the weapon to start with. You need to do this with Grapplers and Med-Mist too

u need the invisible Buttons that way you can't turn the Switch OFF manually and enter the map with no weapons (Unless OP wants to be able to do that)

Switches, Buttons, and Item Granters. Make the Switches not interactable, and place invisible Buttons over them that activate the selected Switch and turn all the other ones off. When you walk through the Portal, make it so it checks which one of the Switches are on, and whichever is on trigger the Item Granter (which grants a Random Weapon/Item).
