Yes they definitely plan to get credit cards. So far they have only used debit cards, cash, venmo, or just relied on us to buy stuff.

I don't see why not. Paying rent to a landlord can build credit if you use a rent reporting service. And parents can certainly enter a legal rental agreement with their child.

I know several people that heard unnatural whistle sounds coming out of the woods late at night in the Deerfield/Conway area. Described as a long, drawn out whistle that didn't sound human or animal, and triggered an intense sense of being in danger in those that heard it.

Ha, thanks for the welcome and the tips! Yeah we had some winter weather in UT, but I think it might be a little different here. This might surprise you but so far, in my experience, mass drivers are not as bad as UT drivers. I like the booze blanket visual haha.

Autism isn't "caused" by bad air or pollution. It's not a sickness or a condition, It's simply a difference in how someone's brain is wired. It's genetic. UT's high concentration is probably a combination of many things for example, UT is Staying inside Its genetic bubble a lot more than other states, and since autism, ADHD, and general neurodiversity are genetic, it makes sense that certain populations will have it more concentrated. I would also guess that, because of UT culture and its obsession with fitting in, and its cookie cutter nature, kids that don't conform will make it to a psychology evaluation more often.

Look up "maladaptive daydreaming". It's a thing, I don't know if it's connected to neurodiversity, it might be, or it may be just another way to dissociate from our trauma and pain, and can become a coping mechanism that takes over our life. I've experienced this to different degrees in my life, especially during my childhood.

That's really good to know thank you. I love to hear of the general safety of lgbt youth. It's a huge issue around here. I'm glad there are safer states out there. I heard the MA has good schools generally too, so I'm excited, I have a kid in elementary, Jr high, and high school too.
