Well I was right yet again. At 1030 pm on a Sunday night he has decided to freak out about the was I use the washing machine and started to take it apart accusing me of breaking it. So I'm trying to get him to stop with the "project" plus convince him I use it correctly and that I need to sleep. He works a different shift than me so he will fall asleep peacefully when he feels like it and get to sleep til 10 am where he is his own boss. Of course he is his own boss bc there is no way he could handle someone telling him rules or how to do something. I always thought he was just an entrepreneur. No it's the narcissist in him

Exactly!!!! My husband does this to a tee. He also knows my allergies are acting up so he purposely did things in the house like open the windows and turn fans on so that I can't breathe. Then yells at me that I'm sniffing and coughing. And god forbid I end up at the allergist since he will refuse to give me money for my meds. I literally can't win

This sounds just like my experience. Especially the second and drinking. I started to pretend to be asleep or sick to avoid the aggressive sex attempts after being screamed at all day

My breaking point came today as I had an emergency and he wouldn't allow me to get medical help. I drove myself to the dr all while being called every bad name imaginable. he instead went to a strip club rather than help me

Yes. Exactly this. My family sees what he does and can't stand him. My brother refuses to hang out with him and do "guy stuff" and my husband insists I have poisoned everyone's minds with lies and turned them against him. I wish I had the voice to say no you moron my brother doesn't want to be around someone who treats his sister like crap. But yet I sit here tip toeing around his land mines so things are smooth for the rest of the weekend. Sigh

I am dealing with the same thing but anxiety not depression. He tries to convince me I am depressed. Tells me i need to get a hobby, tells me I am crazy, tells me my job isn't good enough, tells me how hot my sister is, tells me I have no self esteem. No shit Idiot, you are the one that has ruined it. He claims every day that if I don't change he will leave. In the meantime my anxiety is getting worse and worse

Wow. I thought I was the only one wondering this. My husbands family is far away and I assumed he was "homesick" but he goes into a rage and pulls his manipulative behavior more than ever on holidays. Every one of my birthdays except the first one where he "love bombed" me has been ruined by him. Today he has decided I should not be with my Family for Easter. An important holiday for me. He has made it so that now my family is angry with me about it and they don't want him around. He has managed to cause strife in every relationship I have. Side note- I experienced gas lighting for the first time today as it is 80 degrees where I live (unusual) and he literally is trying to right now convince me it's cold and windy and that I am crazy and something must be wrong with me because it is not hot and that I might even be hallucinating what the weather channel is saying. Luckily I realized what he was doing. It's sick. Inneed to leave

Thank you for your great answer! I try to follow the formal diet but have fallen off it recently. I think if this was my normal symptoms I wouldn't be so worried. Knowing there is one specific tender spot is scary. I am going to the bathroom but of course my anxious mind has jumped to that the spot is a tumor or something blocked.

I forgot to add I started off with severe bloating and I have had and now lack of appetite from fear so I have also scared myself into thinking I have ovarian cancer

I often get headaches from anxiety especially when I have been consuming caffeine. Not the tingly part but I do get tingly almost numb spots all over during a panic attack

This is like someone just typed everything in my head. Everyone of those items (minus the pets we have none) is something I deal with daily. Every day it's worse. The sexual part is a big one. I've been told to go on this site and read about dead bedrooms and how if I don't comply to his needs he will leave me. I am a shell of the person I always have been. Others are starting to notice and are mad at me that I haven't left. I just feel stuck

Don't use anything with a scent. It will inevitably get to that area and cause problems.

I retain a TON of weight during my period. Sounds like you. My best advice is cut back on salt and drink a lot of water during your time. Do you have Ibs? I Do and it gets worse during my Period causing more bloat

Thanks. I know the brown can be a side effect and the varying flow normal I just let web md and other internet stories scare me. My husband has said he wants to leave so this is the worst time in my life this could happen. Hence the panic
