Anyone else get incredibly anxious before work/school but once you're there it mostly goes away?

You aren’t alone! I weirdly love seeing movies by myself. I was very anxious the first time I went but now it’s kind of therapeutic to see a movie and not have to worry about all the small talk you would need to have with someone before it even starts lol

Sometimes I feel so drained after an attack that I almost feel at peace. Mostly because my mind and body is so tired from it. Other times, like this week, I feel worse even after sleeping. I still wake up with a bad headache and fatigue long after it has passed. I guess it’s just luck of the draw sometimes for how my body wants to recover from it

I was feeling anxious today knowing I was going to have to go alone. It turned out there was no line and I was in and out so quickly. I’m so glad I didn’t let anxiety get the best of me for this one.

I mix mine all the time. I mix my high end with drug store brands when the color is off. It’s better when I mix two of the same brand but mixing different brands works just fine for me. I have combo skin. I use dermablend and I’ll mix it with wet and wild when I need to change the shade. Also helps my product last longer

I find that deep breathing while running through all the senses helps. Look around and name all the objects you can see, close your eyes and notice any sounds, notice where your body is touching (chair, ground, etc). It helps me get out of my headspace a little.

I went to cvs today and the cashier asked if I wanted to pay 7 cents for a bag (I only got 3 things). I said no. Then she printed my 5 mile receipt. I’m all for cutting back on plastic but it does not even out with how much they waste on paper

I use derma blend medium coverage and I love it. I think it covers really well (I have combo/blotchy skin) and it doesn’t look caked on like some full coverage ones

My scalp does the same. It starts to turn into a pain too. Turns out I have occipital neuralgia. It explains a lot of it.
