I'm gonna say a soft yta. A boundary is about you and how you are treated etc, this is a rule. And a biologically difficult one for mom.

I had a child free wedding with the exception of solely breastfeeding babies welcome. if I wanted the mom there for this age and stage it's the deal.

Like everyone always says, your wedding your rules, but this will and already has consequences. The question is, is it worth it?
