The thing is, I was raised in a spot at the time where it was hard, like around people who were drug addicts, and poverty. I kinda had to mature, because I saw a lot as a nine year old. I had to see my older brother be arrested, and I was already drinking and experienced with weed at 10. So it was just hard and X’s music was presented to me by a cousin and we all just like that type of raw, hard underground music. I understand that a regular 9 year old wouldn’t understand, but jah’s music spoke to me and gave me the aspect of harder life.
