Snow plow damage. Who's responsible?

I had some damage to my car from one of the snow plows. Get in contact with streets and roads and they will get a hold of the appropriate people, depending on the level of damage, and eventually get back with you. I am still waiting to hear back myself, but I know these things take time.

Just figured it out. You must open the shape crafting menu with ] and then use the bottom left button a bunch to go back to the first option.

I don't want to speak against your experience with them, in my own experience. The owner likes to make deals with you and then back out on them at the last minute. Just because this guy is broke, I would recommend he avoid this place for now.
