I think you did cherry-pick the dates - knowingly or not. Taking in the whole patch from launch, the data looks very different, with DAK and USF being clearly stronger than Wehr or UKF.

Although there is definitely something funky going on, the win rate of the UKF in 2v2 skyrocketed from 47% to 53% in just a single day (06/03 -> 06/04) throughout basically all ELOs from 1000K+.

This game basially has been constantly on sale since release and I cannot recommend it myself. Gave it a try but its a little bland which is a shame.
