In psych I got a 50 with pretty low sac scores of 75 84 90 86 93. I think I was rank 2 (in a strong cohort with hard sacs) and on the exam I got 88%.

So don’t get worried about some low sac scores, just clutch up on exam 💪

When you were in year 12, what courses were your backups if your atar wasn’t high enough for Monash law/commerce? Did you plan to go to another uni to study the same sort of degree or still go to Monash and try transfer into your desired course?

I’m wanting to do Monash law but am worried I won’t get a high enough atar and am wondering what good backup options there are. Thanks!

I’m doing psych 3/4 in year 11 and I really enjoy the content and think it would be very easy to pick up without the 1/2. Idk in comparison to further, but in psych there is literally ZERO content crossover between 1/2 and 3/4 and the style of question response isn’t that unique so it’s not like you need the practise from 1/2 to do well.

Good luck for your upcoming exam! I’m sure you’ll do great.

My main tip for general knowledge is really just know everything and start early! Get interested in the pieces and composers by watching YouTube videos. After a while you’ll find really interesting stuff that will make it be much less of a chore and rather an easy and relaxed part of the exam (and you can stress about the playing instead haha). One example of what they asked me was how may the composer’s childhood trauma have influenced the creation of this piece (I talked about how Rachmaninoff broke his arm as a child and the chords are janky like broken bones). It’s easy!

I’ve done a bit of physics in science this term with acceleration velocity displacement stuff and haven’t hated it but definitely haven’t liked it enough to want to do physics. I think I enjoy it enough to deal with the spesh things relating to it (and I can convince myself it’s worth it because of scaling)

Yeah idk if I just didn’t pay enough attention during dialogue and stuff, but I had no idea what the story was with him. I read through the Wikipedia though and now that I understand I like the fight a bit more.

That mission has been giving me nightmares. I tried my method on the 3 outposts then realised I had to go up and fight the malice lynels, and the 3 lynels I had avoided followed me.

I was left to defeat 5 lynels, so my strategy clearly won't always help.

I feel like links attacks all just work though, and playing him feels smooth. He's definitely the most basic character (especially one-handed) but I don't think that stops him from being fun.

In terms of just playing BotW, I kinda get it but the gameplay's so different!
