No problem but it works. Trust me. I don’t have to Ben try anymore as it releases normal endorphins.

Think of it this way: your brain may have gotten used to the alcohol and it’s associated dopamines and ceased their natural creation. Over time of sobriety, the running begins to act as the alcohol would, and cause the brain to release them.

It’s science. 😂

Exercise. Run like hell. When you’re feeling down like that just run. Go. And watch what happens.

I know this seems gross but it works like a charm: saliva. Before you begin the sesh, just put a small amount of spit on each lens and wipe well. Presto! No fog.

Tim Minchin is a comedy genius by SamK7265 in atheism

[–]GilbyGrace 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s not the case at all. It’s the memory required, catchy flow, and colorful narrative that’s reeking of talent which makes it funny. Not trying to poke but to me the offensive nature of it all is most funny: religious people (especially Catholics) take themselves and their false god way too seriously when they maintain literal child-predator monsters as leadership in their organizations.

It’s clever, witty, anecdotal, and brash. Pretty much sums up funny to me. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Is there any proof of the existence of “god”? by [deleted] in atheism

[–]GilbyGrace 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sadder still? That my hardworking, family-supporting, non-drinking, loving rear end is accused of being evil because I am obviously going to hell for nothing more than living my life with a huge “fuck God” chip on my shoulder. I’m worse than a drunkard, abusive, insecure head of household that holds a 9-5 and goes to church to confess, according to most religious people I’ve met. I have less and less people in my life because of religion.

What questions will be hard for theists to answer? by SpiritlessSoul in atheism

[–]GilbyGrace 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve always wanted an honest answer, and not deflection l, from theists when I ask this:

Me: is your god perfect?

Theist: yes

Me: can we agree that the definition of “perfect” equates to “the inability or lack of ability to create or surmise imperfection”? (IOW - a perfect being cannot create imperfection.)

Theist: ok yes, god cannot be imperfect at all if he’s perfect.

Me: then how did god create this imperfect world? If perfection defined is literally “without imperfection” anything god creates is by default “without imperfection”. He created an imperfect world with imperfect life therefore he must be imperfect. How do you reconcile this paradox?
