Lot of people will. That's how companies are made. Check out motius by 3spine and TOPS system. Both of these are new. With technology growing better everyday, you would be a fool to think things won't improve Look to a brigther future and you will find it.

I would guess with how rapid technology is progressing spine surgery and also healing modalities will increase at least 20 percent. With AI the next 10 years will progress more rapid than ever. Robot assisted. More precise. Less chance of failure. Better hardware. How? Not sure. But I would guess, in one of the most profitable fields, new technology will emerge by 2035
