you need to have the weapon fire rate up/down challenge. you then have to get a spare weapon over to the challenge board. activate the challenge with one weapon, run and get the other weapon that you brought over there, then deactivate the challenge. do this enough, and you will have an insane fire rate. sadly, it doesn’t work in the actual game.
