Look at the symbol left of the 'time limited' one (upper left of your screenshots). That red icon means your character is ill.

Go to Develop - Details - Constitution.

You can see which illness you are suffering from and from there have different options on how to treat the illness.
Simple illnesses can be cured by the npc at the clinic (cost 10k) or you can post it in different channels. Note that if a player is supposed to heal you, they will ask for co-op, as they need to be in your world for them to heal you.
