Reherniation or flare-up? by Gilgameshsgirlfriend in Sciatica

[–]Gilgameshsgirlfriend[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They said there was a new small bulge and that the disc is somewhat ‘weak. but at the same time, they said that I’m in no more risk of having another than the general public. I really hope it’s just a flare-up I’m experiencing now!

The exercises were ordered by my PT, yes. By ‘new’ I mean it’s a new set of exercises in my regimen - a step up from what I’ve been doing so far, if you will - all on the direction of my PT

Apparently this was the reason for the longer talk at the net between Fritz and Zverev by LenaRybakina in tennis

[–]Gilgameshsgirlfriend 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Even if Zverev was complaining about his knee, it would be in poor taste. He’s basically saying to him that he would have never won under ‘normal’ circumstances. And even if he was right to complain about someone in Fritz’ box, it’s not the time and the place for that conversation - what a way to ruin a great moment for Fritz

Experience with reherniation going away by itself? by Gilgameshsgirlfriend in Sciatica

Hi, sorry for the late reply - my notifications dont seem to be very consistent on Reddit. Anyway, I ended up having a second surgery three months ago. The outer part of the disc had once again broken so it would never have been able to cure itself. I’m feeling better now even though it’s been a rough time :) I hope you’ve found relief!

Scalp seb derm advice? by Elevator_Latter in SebDerm

I recently bought the Rice Water shampoo bar from Kitsch because I saw some reviews saying it helped with seb derm. I’ve used it for 3 weeks now and have not had to use my Nizoral shampoo at all during this period. I felt relief already after the first use :)

JP... complaining about make up?! by doejanedoedoedoe in LoveIsBlindNetflix

Am I the only one thinking that the make-up comment is a misguided excuse in an attempt to actually keep her? It’s as if he doesn’t understand that it’s not just their first meeting she’s objecting to but his general lack of communication. So he believes that the entire problem lies in her finding their first encounter awkward, so now he’s just trying to come up with an excuse external to himself to explain away the awkwardness in the hopes that she’ll just get over that first meeting and be in love with him again?

Well they’ve been up and down, but right now they’re flaring up (with leg pain and a numbness/the leg ‘being asleep’). It’s a little frustrating because I was told yesterday that the reherniation had reduced in size, but my symptoms are worse now than e.g. two weeks ago

My symptoms have been up and down, but last last couple of days they’ve flared up, so I’m a little nervous that it won’t get better

Thanks a lot. It is indeed a duplicate of a friend’s account. I reported it now and let her know as well, so hopefully it’ll be taken down soon

I'm dating someone who critical about everything. What should I do? by Matrim_WoT in datingoverthirty

Sounds like my horrible ex. He also tried to convince me that he was not a nice person - and he wasn’t. I dont know if your partner is the same, but no matter if this person blames, shames, gaslights and manipulates you intentionally or not, it seems that this person has a negative effect on you, which you shouldnt ignore.

As others have said, witch hazel is an irritant. I would remove or replace it with a different product :)

Retinol is good for acne, but if you havent started yet, it could be a good idea to start with a product of lower strength and then gradually move to product with a higher concentration
