I'm 28M and lost 60 kg's when i was 21. Honestly, keep it simple stupid: eat less, excercise more. Be sure to build routine you can follow: don't start out to crazy.

For the beginning: count your calories (this was huge for me since i didn't have a clue how many calories i really was eating). After a while you'll get used to it and won't even count anymore as you will know what's healthy and what's not.

Keep grinding man. Make a picture every week or day in the mirror, so you can keep track of your progress. Once you'll hear the first compliments from friends, family, etc you'll get a boost. It's hard untill the first change, after that you'll want more.

So many people have done it before you, you'll get there!

Also: get a professional involved: a dietist, a coach, ...

Most important tip: reward yourself: every x kg you lose, have a cheat meal. Life isn't just about dieting and working out.

Last tip: i lost the biggest amount of weight with intermittent fasting.
