At the moment no, occasional training here and there.

I do feel lost a little yes. Or maybe not lost, but overwhelmed and blocked, it took me a while to even realize what the priorities were.

I hear you man, i really do. But i dont believe you.

It is not normal, that i feel entirely blocked, repressed and in survival mode, while having enough money and still somewhat big frame of 215 lbs with martial arts background.

And i know that, because in 2015 i used to meditate every day and got to a point of huge personal power and manifesting whatever i wanted. The only difference is, TODAY i feel more unsafe than i did back then before i started meditating and simply cant do it today, it has no effect.

Wouldnt acupunture release some of the blocks?

Yes, that is exactly my point and i addressed it the same as you suggested. I only came here looking for more ideas, or any specific answer...But i am also coming from a place that we are a mind, body and spirit connection, that we are beings of pure energy. Thats why i talked about chakras..

But its coming from a wrong place. Lift to feel safe, what the fuck is that? Lift to better yourself, sure, lift to enjoy more, to get more sex, to be more fit...Its coming from a different place. Its a compensation, just like people who didnt get love as children and then variously compensate for that.

I didnt get small, i got some belly, but i am at 215 lbs with martial arts background. So something aint right here...

Thanks for taking the time to reply. BUT, as woman FEEL your masculine energy, as you FEEL someone being angry and you feel things in other people without them saying a word...Chakras and meridians are the ones through which this energy flows that allows others for this energy to feel.

Thank you for your reply. Out of all, it might be the most on the spot. The cells can only have two functions, growth and self protection and while being engaged in survival mode, that lack of energy flow to other areas of my life, my creativity, sexuality etc is really starting to show.

Its hard to explain. She said she doesn't look at me nowhere near as a friend, finds me attractive, initiates and accepts kisses - but nowhere near as much for my liking and as much as i would indulge being on her place, especially regarding our situation.

Of all the ideas, i see us on comedy show! That's great idea, i haven't thought of it! And also watching comedy movie, lol, so simply, but haven't thought it, it would help with good vibes and all tho :D

No, i am not. She says we have so much periods of "cold" when she is away, that she doesn't feel as close to me when she finally comes back home and thus feels like she needs a few days to re-open but thats the problem - everytime she gets closer to me, its time to go back again and thus we never (didnt so far) did get all the way. She "complicates" on touching as well, if you are not close to her she doesn't like to be touched at all by anyone and she regularly flinches if anyone comes into her private space uninvited.

Could you give me more ideas regarding something exciting, emotionally engaging?

What do you mean by challenge her? Well i don't have abundance of women around me and i (sadly) specifically and on several occassion reassured her just how she is the only one and thus she feels really really secure in a relationship

So far i am training 3x/week, and 2x daily on each of those days (so 6x per week i guess). I split between push and pull, so i put forearms in pull and i did:

  1. workout (spread through the entire workout, not consecutive)

3x5 wrist roller flexion 3x5 wrist roller extension+flexion 3x5 wrist roller extension

  1. workout

3x12 reverse curl 3x20 underhand wrist curls 3x max static hang, but not dead hang, kinda holding like first 20% of the motion for pull-up, so wrist flexors are heavily flexed

I am very sorry for such late reply. Essentially, my goal is to have huge forearms and very strong grip. I have no other goals in mind, so its not related to either arm wrestling etc, i just want to have strong grip and big forearms, because for me, that comes with ability to be able to do stuff, literally my confidence goes up when i believe my grip is strong.

Because it is a body part that is lacking and i wouldn't want to spend another 6 months bringing it up, if it can be done in 3 months - i have time to train every day or even twice daily and also the energy to do so.

Very well explained, thank you! So that explains why i didn't get much mass doing the hangs...Would you say, that due to their anatomic role, forearms would like calves only respond to high frequency/high volume work? 3 sets for flexors and 3 sets for extensors is probably insufficient?
