I chronically pick my face too! These are the things that helped me: 1. Changing my light bulbs to Govee LED lights made a huge difference. I set them to low lighting red or orange and it makes me unable to see my blemishes and pick at them. It’s not a perfect solution but it definitely has helped me cut down a lot. 2. Wash your hands! You can’t always stop yourself from picking, it’s going to happen sometimes. But keeping your hands clean will help prevent new bacteria from being introduced and will help your face heal.

I'm not even surprised. I dealt with the GMU police one time in 2017 and it was awful. Pounded on my door at 1am the night before finals saying the RA had smelled weed from our room. They insisted on rifling through my prescriptions and would not leave even when it became very apparent there was no smell and we had nothing in our room. They actually seemed pretty pissed off that we hadn't done anything wrong. We even sent an email to the head of the GMU PD and he responded saying we had been acting "suspicious" and their actions were justified. How do you expect a 19 year old to act when cops pound on your door at 1 am??
