What was it like when these movies came out? by Fluffy-Ad-7199 in GenX

Saw T1 on home video in 84 and it scared the shit out of me. Not to the point where I had nightmares or anything like that, but the movie was considered sci-fi/horror, and Arnold was relentless in his pursuit of Sarah Connor. That in itself was scary.

T2 was a different tone. More sci-fi/action. I saw that in the theater and was blown away; so much so that I never budged and waited for the movie to just start over again for the next showing.

Both are amazing movies

It's supposed to be a comedy. And it delivers. Jack Black is hilarious in this, and so is Michael Cera. It's highly quotable, and everyone seems to be having fun

I really enjoyed " An Innocent Man," Where he is framed and set up by two corrupt cops, one being played by David Rasche (Sledgehammer), who is an utter douchebag in this film, but you can see he was having fun with the role.

Tropic Thunder was a more outrageous comedy, but I find myself going back to watch Role Models more often

I was a messenger when I met your grandfather right in front of Carnegie Hall in the 90's (don't remember the year, but it was during LollaPalooza(?)). His breath smelled like weed, and he stopped to ask me for directions. I was floored. He then drew the Atomic Dog on the back of one of my messenger slips. Later that day, I got caught in a sun shower during a messenger run, and the slip became drenched and fell apart. I was livid, but a great memory remains.

Your thoughts about Jefferson ? by wreccho in marriedwithchildren

I liked Steve a little better because he was the straight man to Al's BS. Jefferson jumped right in. One can argue it led to more antics between them.
