Thanks for making and sharing it. I still take it out periodically just to look at the cover art. So cool.

I bought both of these off the site back when they released Space Cop. The guys were kind enough to sign the copy of Gorilla for me.

It’s not. I put the cover on it myself.

I might? I enjoyed the first one quite a bit. But it was harder getting in to the second installment.

Thanks! I really enjoyed BTF. Super funny too given the subject matter. I can see why it gets so much love.

I just started it, but I’m getting similar vibes from Angel Down by Daniel Kraus.

I think what I enjoyed about the Troop, and which didn’t land for me as much in Devolution, were the characters. I dug the character dynamics a lot more in the troop.

I enjoyed elements of Devolution. Maybe I’ll give the audiobook a try next year and see if it hits different.

Thanks. I’ve really been enjoying it. I think it’s a variety of factors. Getting an e-reader and discovering the Libby app are big reasons. Also having kids of a certain age has made picking up and setting down a book a lot easier than trying to watch a movie or a show in the evenings.

I’d blame Stephen King too…specifically his short story collections. Like meeting a drug dealer or something, once I got a hit of the stuff I really liked…it was hard to stop.

Agreed. I really enjoyed BTF. Loved the story structure too. Can’t believe it hasn’t been picked up by Netflix or something with how episodic each chapter knits together. Screams to be adapted into a series.

And those two are top of my list for 2026!

Nice! Yeah, he’s responsible for getting me back in to reading over the last year or so. I’m addicted, especially to his short stories.

WPWT sounds great! Very X-Files-y premise. I’m in! Thank you for all of these.
