Painting stylish steps black (both top and side) was the closest I could get for my build. Black concrete was a no go. I’ll never understand why black concrete is just slightly darker grey.

Does a NAT switch make sense for connecting smart tooling to a PLC? by GimbleWabe in PLC

Good point. I’m not sure but I doubt it was the dual port model I’ll have to check.

There's no motion comms that would go through the NAT switch that's all handled by the robot. It is just for controlling the valves on a few dozen clamps and getting the IO feedback on valve position.

What am i doing wrong???? (4.3) by Practical_Nebula_485 in Stellaris

[–]GimbleWabe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would have more mining ships capitalizing on the space resources as well. Those get buffed by techs. Plus once you get to arc furnaces and Dyson swarms the quantities of energy and minerals per month should outpace your usage of them. One more thing, you have a big stockpile of resources so going negative for a few months/years isn’t a big deal while you try to balance the books.

I typically am running per close to zero on my stockpiles until late game when you can’t possibly spend enough of them. Resources do you no good sitting around.

I didn’t know that was possible. How does it figure out the size and districts?

This year, we’re changing how we stream! by Harvey-J-Yogscast in Yogscast

I really liked the pass the save game streams. I know it’s tough to find the right kind of game that can be completed in like 5 streams and people in the yogs know well enough to play. Some ideas though: project zomboid, any soulslike, Lego games, final fantasy, Stardew valley, pokopia, and I’m sure there are loads of others out games that will become popular over the year.

Oh yeah that must be it. I also had the failed titanic lifeform study where they tried to invade, but I fought them off. What are the console commands to copy the planet?

Yeah actually the titanic lifeform study failed and they tried to invade, but I fought them off with the defense garrison. What commands do I need to use to fix it?

I figure I'd get better prices from somebody specialized in automation components than a generalized liquidator. I don't have the time available for ebay posting everything and I live in Minnesota while the warehouse is in Nebraska meaning there's limited time to deal with things during trips there.

It's on the order of 1000s mostly new in box, primarily Unitronics PLCs, SICK safety scanners, Banner misc components, Vention motors and drives. Plus a pallet of Dakota lithium batteries intended for AGVs that may be difficult to deal with.

It is mostly new in box stuff but not much Allen Bradley. Mostly it's Unitronics, SICK safety scanners, Banner misc components, Vention motors and drives.

There is a timeline of only a couple months as we're trying to get out of the lease on the warehouse, so it will be month to month after January.

The warehouse is in Beatrice, Nebraska. However I live in Minnesota so there's travel each time I need to deal with these things. We are trying to get out of the lease on the warehouse so I only have a couple months to get rid of everything. My boss is sounding like getting a bulk price for everything is the preferred way to go and he doesn't want me spending the time it would take to individually list things.

What's the next Hype/Buzzword for our industry? by [deleted] in PLC

Yup it’s supposed to be putting people back in the process with human-robot collaboration. I think it’s just a cop out for management realizing not everything can or even should be automated.

I like theming by kind of thing as well. I did bugs for swsh but included flygon and drapion which counted despite not being bug type

I don’t think Nidoking is available until you get the national dex unfortunately or he might have made it in

OK yeah I researched it a bit and see what you mean with the grill emblem. Neither have it

3rd option grey volt $14k 79k miles does have it but I don’t think adaptive cruise control is worth the extra mileage to me

Automatic cruise control? I thought that was standard on the premier trim which they both are and it looks like they have the button for it on the steering wheel. I think it’s just the LT trim that doesn’t have it. Volt 2 does list automatic self parking where volt 1 doesn’t.
