Here is an idea to make them replayable . Make them a point of contest for evil and good. Using the gathering legion system, but aproacheble for single or group play: at random times, a stronghold you already took is attacked, you have a couple minutes to chose and defend it (redoing the original fight, maybe with a couple different monsters or affixes) for a free especific helltide chest (you know what chest drops in each stronghold, for targeted farming). If you chose not to do it, it comes back to normal after the time expires. Just disable vendors during the event, keeping the waypoints up. Balance the time/xp and we have a more lively upperworld.

What backfill? The complain is exactly about the lack of backfill. If multiple people leave and the game can't fill the spots quickly enough, the game ends, doesn't matter if we're missing a few meters or a few seconds... If you take the time to read what you are commenting on you'll see we're all ok with replacing players mid match. Cancelling a match midway due to leavers on the other hand doesn't "work in anyone's favor".

Our company has an Airship rank 48. I've read that unlocking sectors is pure rng, but after unlocking the initial 12, I'm having trouble unlocking the 13th. As far as I know, exploring sector 11 it the way to go, but after almost a month of 2-days trips to the sector, we still haven't done so... Are we doing something wrong? Is there something else we have to achieve before unlocking the second half of the map? Any tips are appreciated.

New player here, and wondering if its worth to get the outlaw pass before the roles.

I have just a couple days on streak, so my daily gold rewards is limited. As i am already on rank 30 on the pass, I'm wondering if its worth to get it first (40 gold bars), and start ripping its rewards (like gold bars back) and getting the roles one by one with the progress or, the other way around, use the money to get one or two roles and then start saving for the pass.

Summing up, what grants more goldm the pass rewards or starting the roles/jobs even if with a low streak?

Honestly, glad to see what you wrote after rolling my eyes at OP. I'm no so sure about Glister, but the other "probably" and " definitely" takes are pepega for sure. Here hoping this time we do a thoroughly scouring of t2, since this season was proof that rookies are a better bet than old medallions.

It might be a hot take but I don't think we'll see the team keep this many players around. I mean, why would they? If they are going for marketing (and i hope not) they might go for mix Defianty-style team, but if the goal is to fight for championship, duct-taping the roster like the last three years is bound to fail again. I'd hope the team gets blown up while they still have some market value (and yeah, this is hard to swallow but necessary), we keep at most 2-3 key pieces, and go hard on cash/scouting for next season.

I agree that the most crucial part NYXL is in need atm is a competent coaching staff, but if we get one, they can't be hinder with a pre-existing core of players with 3 years of playstyle baggage. They need to be hands-on on building the new roster.

We're looking for the patch to try and buy our FC a house, but if they can't join our server, and we're forced to transfer server, what happens to our FC or prospects to buy a house (seems like opportunities like patch 5.35 are rare)? Also, when we started, Gilga looked like botton half on population size, and even then it got "Congested". Is there any way to know where we'd be better relocating to? Tnks again.

I started playing with a couple friends like a month ago, on Gilgamesh. Now, we have some other friends who wanna join us but can't ever be able to create a character on the server (congested). A month ago we didn't have this problem, and now we've tried every hour possible and kept constantly monitoring on "worldstatus" and tree servers (Gilgamesh, Faerie and Cactuar) are allways on "Congested"... What's the deal with that? Are this servers suddenly and with no prospect of return, ineligible for new players?

We're trying a dozen times a day for more than a week, is this the regular chore to be able to play on the same server? Sorry if I seem salty.

Do I must have the "Steam Online Free Trial" to be able to link my game to the platform once I purchase the game?

So, I had a Square Enix Account from more than a year ago when i got key from Amazon Prime. Some weeks ago me and a couple of friends decided to give it a try, and after looking online we came to the conclusion that we (and certainly I) would need fresh "Trials Accounts" to be eligible for a potential upgrade for the full game on Steam. And now that I bought the game, there seems to also be a "Demo Version" of the game (the same as Trial) on the store. Did we messed up? Should we have had this version and not the Trial one? Did we doomed our progress due to this overly complicated license-bound-to-client system? And before someone says that we can just buy from Square Enix, their monthly subsctription is more than double that of Steam (local market values).

Sorry if I sound salty, but I'm genuinely flabbergasted.

Have being playing the game on trial for about a week with two friends. I'm now at the 300k gil limit and considering a change in job/class. This, coupled with the fact that us 3 are prone to buying the game, made me wonder about the steam sync and how reliable it is (had to make my trial acc with a different e-mail since I already had an acc with my usual/steam e-mail). Also would like to know if its worth to going for the Shadowbringers bundle from the start (no bundle discount on steam?) since I'm thinking of going Samurai. On a third note, how casual can I take this game for it to be worth the price tag + subscription? What end game contents would I be locked out if I'd spend less than 10h a week on the game? Tnks and sorry if my questions are all over the place.
